2004

Incorporated as a Trading Company with license to import and distribute pesticides and equipment for pest control
Appointed as Leads Agri distributor of its environmental health products

2006

Appointed as a distributor of the Riken FI-21 Type 03 Optical Gas Indicator, a product of Riken Keiki Co., Ltd. (Japan).
Appointed as the Philippine representative and distributor of Termguard Reticulation Systems from Termguard Australia.

2011

Launched Isoptex 5 SC (Active Ingredient : Fipronil 5%), its own brand of premium termiticide with colony management properties, in partnership with Hextar Malaysia

2012

Launched SWAT 10 TC (Active Ingredient : Bifenthrin 10%), another exclusive brand of premium termiticide used as a barrier treatment

2015

Appointed as the exclusive distributor of Texicon Agro Chemicals Corp. for their urban household pesticide division

2018

Appointed as a distributor of Magnaphos Plate, a product of UPL Philippines, Inc.

2020

Successfully registered Fipro 5 SC with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

2025

Appointed as the National Distributor of Fumino Tablet, a product of UPL Philippines, Inc.
Successfully registered 4 specialty fertilizers for turfgrass with the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA)
